CoreCLR source released today

Microsoft released the source for CoreCLR, which is essentially the .NET runtime engine. It only works on Windows today, but they will be introducing support for Linux and OS X in the next couple of months. When that happens, I think we should port .NET Bio to it (if anything needs to even happen).

Mark (or anyone), have you had a chance to test out the Ubuntu or Mac OSX builds?

No, but we are doing some large scale kmer stuff on a cluster, so it sounds like something I can throw at a student. Need to check the OS versions. This would only be ubuntu though.
